#Thymus gland &it's importance

Thymus tapping is a very simple but potent technique that helps to strengthen our immune system, increase our life force energy and help develop a better mind-body connection. If you are looking for a quick boost of energy or a 'jump start' to your system then thymus tapping is an easy exercise that you can practice anywhere at any time of day.
The thymus is said to be a center of rejuvenation in the body and its an integral part of our immune system. The main function of this little gland is to regulate our immune system and control the product of white blood cells (t-cells) By tapping this gland on a daily basis we help to stimulate the production of t-cells that help to fight of infections and disease around the body which helps in keeping our energy high and our health vibrant. The thymus gland is located in the center of the chest beneath the upper part of the breastbone.
Here's how to do it:
Create a fist or use the tips of your fingers and begin by tapping your thymus area with a waltz-like rhythm. ONE two three ONE two three ONE two three. You can continue tapping for up to one minute at a time. An important tip when thymus tapping is to repeat a position mantra or affirmation in your head. "Thymus gland serves as the link between mind and body. It is the first organ to be affected by mental attitudes and stress. Hence activation and stimulation of the thymus is an essential, primary foundation of achieving and maintaining positive health." ~ Dr John Diamond
The thymus gland is connects the body and mind meaning any emotional or physical disturbance can cause the thymus gland to shrink and cause depletion in this vital life energy. Affirmations like 'I am radiantly and 'I am love' are powerful and can help to develop stronger mind-body connection. You may feel a sense of happiness or joy running through your body after tapping your thymus. This is a good sign your thymus has been activated and your life force energy has been increased.
