#Migrain

For #migrane

1. drink 100 ml water  every 15 minutes.
2. Take TWO tablespoons of Coriender seeds boil it with 600 ml of water for 10 minutes and drink hot.  Do this 3 times a day.
3. Eat 50 leaves of curry Patta and 50 leaves of phudina everyday.
Eat fruits like banana apple pomegranates everyday in the morning during breakfast.
